WHO'S BEHIND IT?
George Verghese — Founder & Executive Director
George has spent eleven years in product management, the last five focused on product development. He has taken two products from zero to one — Apex, an e-commerce platform, and Frolick, a food delivery app — and worked on scaling three more: Flipspaces, a VR-based design and contracting tool; RatingsDirect on S&P Global's CIQ Pro; and Wall Street Insights, AlphaSense's broker research platform, where he led applied-AI work — automatically identifying companies in research documents and sorting them by type.
He founded Tekton to bring that same discipline — clear scope, working software early, honest timelines — to organisations that don't have a product function of their own.
Divya Verghese — Strategic Program Director
Divya has over ten years across IT, digital marketing, and project leadership. She has run projects end to end — scope, budget, and cross-functional coordination — working directly with clients to keep delivery aligned to what the business actually needs. Her marketing work spans social media campaigns and content strategy, built on a background in IT support and workflow tooling.
At Tekton, she leads strategic programs — planning the work, coordinating the people delivering it, and keeping client engagements on track.
